Applications for the Junior League of Pelham’s Community Grants Program are due next Friday, Jan. 15. The JLP makes grants available to community programs and projects in Pelham and surrounding communities that address its focus areas of healthy families, education and Pelham improvement. Grants are awarded based on merit, need and the availability of funds. The JLP will distribute up to a total of $5,000, with individual grants starting at $100.

Potential recipients must be tax-exempt, not-for-profit service organizations with a base of operations in or around Pelham. Completed grant applications must be sent in hard copy to the JLP Grants Selection Committee at 901 Pelhamdale Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803 or electronically to publicaffairs@jlpelham.org. Eligible applications must be postmarked or sent by e-mail by January 15, 2016.
