Submit Expenses by Jan 15

The deadline for submitting Expense Forms for expenses incurred from June 1st, 2013 – December 31st, 2013 is January 15th, 2014.  Expense Forms can be found on the JLP website under “Forms” and receipts must be submitted for each expense.
Expense Forms should be mailed to JLP, 901 Pelhamdale Ave, Pelham, NY, 10803, Attn:  Assistant Treasurer or dropped off to Maggie Shaw at 229 Corona Ave.
