More than 200 Guests Attend Junior League of Pelham’s Spring Gala

May 7, 2010; Pelham, New York Morethan 200 guests gathered at Siwanoy Country Club in Bronxville, New York, on the beautiful evening of April 24, 2010 to help the Junior League of Pelham celebrate the restoration of Weihman Park at the League’s annual gala.  Weihman Park project chairs Katie Stevens, Maria White and Alex Ablon were honored for their leadership of this highly successful project.  Guests heard from Ned Weihman, benefactor of the current restoration and son of Clifford T. Weihman, the original park benefactor, as well as Junior League President Virginia Hartmere and Pelham Manor Mayor, Jay Hayes. The event reflected the community effort employed in the park restoration.
