Join the Junior League of Pelham!

The Junior League of Pelham will host an in-person session for prospective members on Oct. 2 at 10:00 AM at 118 Clay Ave Pelham NY 10803.

The Junior League of Pelham is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

If you are new to Pelham, come to the session to learn what JLP is about and make some new friends. If you’ve lived here for a few years, then you probably have seen JLP’s work around the community: JLP Reads at the Town of Pelham Public Library; STEM movie night at The Picture House; other science education events for kids; grant funding for hard-working local organizations to name a few recent projects.

Our members typically learn skills and make connections that help them take leadership roles both around the local community and in their careers. First-year members are included in all meetings and events right away, and they also work as a group to do a major “class” project.

To get updates and learn more, you can follow us on Facebook or email joinjlp@gmail.com to RSVP for the event.
