DIAD Volunteers Needed for Oktoberfest!

The Fund Development team and Done in A Day Committee (DIAD) needs volunteers for the annual Oktoberfest Celebration on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Volunteer shifts are available Tuesday, October 12 and Wednesday, October 13 at the train station at 7am and 8am.  Shifts are also available Saturday from 4:00-8:00pm at The Fisherman’s Net. Shifts include check-in, back pack collections, selling raffle and beer pong tickets, and managing beer pong. Note: you do not need to be a paid attendee in order to volunteer at the event!

To sign up for a volunteer shift, please visit https://www.jlpelham.org and login using your personal credentials via the member site. Select the Signups icon at the top of the screen and drop down “DIAD/DIAN Shift Sign Up” or email Sylvia Wong at sylviayswong@gmail.com with your desired time slot and activity.

Participation at this event will count towards one of your two mandatory DIAD requirements for the year.
